Due to the custom nature of personalised gifts, orders placed are NON-RETURNABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE. Please double check your order during checkout before submitting the order.

In the event that the item received is incorrect or has manufacturing defects, please email us at uniquelyoursco.sales@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +65 88870067 within 7 days from date of goods received with the following.

• A photo of the incorrect or defective item
• Your order number

We should not bear any responsibility if the complimentary gift box is damaged by courier (Standard or Express) during transit delivery.

We will review and notify you the status of your request via email/WhatsApp within 5 business days. Further instructions on the return process will be provided, if approved.

Unfortunately, sale items are sold "as-is" and cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.

Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
